Q. IS IT BETTER TO REPAIR OR REPLACE AN APPLIANCE?

A. A broken appliance in a house will result in two choices. You can either call for appliance repair in an try to save money and continue using your current refrigerator, stove, dishwasher or dryer or washing machine or replace the broken appliance with a new one.

Q. DO YOU REPAIR THE APPLIANCE ON THE FIRST APPOINTMENT?

A. We will. We load our vans with over 90% of the common manufacturer appliance parts and all of the tools to perform our repair service. In the event we do need to return at a later time to finish a repair, there will not be an additional service charge. We estimate that we can complete over 90% of appliance repair appointments during the first visit.

Q. WILL YOU NOTIFY ME BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL?

A. Yes. We will provide a 2-3 hour timeframe for the technician to arrive at your home or apartment. We understand how important our customer’s time is and do our best to ensure we arrive in the early portion of our service window. That said, if a previous appointment or repair lasts much longer than we anticipated, this timeframe allows our technician time to arrive on time within the service window. Our technicians always call 10-20 minutes before their arrival for notice.
